I had a fantastic stay at Mont Cervin Palace. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Zermatt, and the service from the staff was excellent. While my room was clean and well-equipped, I did notice some evening housekeeping oversight during my visit. Overall, I left with great memories and a desire to return.

I booked an Alpine suite which was spacious and well-prepared upon arrival, although I found the evening cleaning to be lacking as beds were not made for my children and slippers weren't replaced during our stay.

The concierge team was incredibly helpful, and from check-in to check-out, the staff, including the lovely Miss Giovanna and kind Mr. Giovanni, made me feel welcomed and attended to.

My stay at Mont Cervin Palace was characterized by stunning views of the Matterhorn and superb spa facilities. However, the location was a bit far from the main ski lifts, which required some planning for transportation. Overall, the service was really good, with staff going out of their way to assist. The ambiance of the hotel made it a fantastic place to unwind after a day of activities.

Located right in the center of Zermatt, the hotel offered convenient access to shops and restaurants. Though I found the distance to the ski lifts a bit of a hassle, being in the middle of everything was a huge advantage.

My stay at Mont Cervin Palace was a mixed experience. The location was ideal, just a short distance from popular ski areas and surrounded by shops. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a view of the slopes. However, I was disappointed by some inconsistencies in service during breakfast and cleaning. Overall, while there were highlights, I expected a more consistent level of luxury for the price I paid. 🌄🤔

The room I stayed in was spacious and offered a nice view of the slopes, though it lacked the cozy charm of a traditional Swiss chalet.

The service varied quite a bit; while some staff were friendly and helpful, I experienced awkward moments during breakfast with staff dropping cutlery and a lack of attention to details.

My stay at Mont Cervin Palace was quite luxurious, with stunning views of the Matterhorn and a lovely spa that's perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking (or skiing!). The only downside was the location of some rooms, which involved a bit of a trek through subterranean passages, making it slightly less convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

I found my room to be spacious and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The bathroom was huge and had both a shower and a jacuzzi tub (which I loved!). However, I was aware that one needs to navigate some stairs and passageways to get to certain rooms, which could be inconvenient.

My stay at Mont Cervin Palace was almost perfect. The location in the center of Zermatt made it easy to explore the village. I loved the stunning views of the Matterhorn from my room, but I found the room's size on the smaller side. The service was really good and made the experience nice, particularly the attentive breakfast staff.

While the room I had was well-decorated, I found it rather small compared to what I expected. However, the quality of the bed and amenities made up for it. and the view of the mountains was lovely.
