I had a fantastic stay at Mont Cervin Palace. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Zermatt, and the service from the staff was excellent. While my room was clean and well-equipped, I did notice some evening housekeeping oversight during my visit. Overall, I left with great memories and a desire to return.

I booked an Alpine suite which was spacious and well-prepared upon arrival, although I found the evening cleaning to be lacking as beds were not made for my children and slippers weren't replaced during our stay.

The concierge team was incredibly helpful, and from check-in to check-out, the staff, including the lovely Miss Giovanna and kind Mr. Giovanni, made me feel welcomed and attended to.
